977bt Responsible Gaming — enjoy the fun, keep the control
Online gaming is about entertainment — not stress or harm. 977bt gives you everything you need to play in a healthy, safe, and controlled way.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online casino and betting can be an enjoyable form of entertainment — as long as it is kept within limits.
977bt believes every player's experience should be positive and enjoyable. We want everyone who comes to our platform to continue living a healthy and normal life after playing. Gambling or betting should never be seen as a source of income — it is purely a form of entertainment.
Our platform is exclusively for people aged 21 and above. Through age verification, we ensure that minors are not able to use our services in any way.
Our safety tools
977bt helps you manage your own gaming habits — all the features below are available completely free of charge.
Set deposit limits
Cap the amount you deposit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once set, it takes effect immediately — and increasing the limit requires additional verification.
Time-out feature
If you feel you need a break for a few days, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
Self-exclusion
If you want a longer break, choose self-exclusion. Once active, you will not be able to return to your account before the set period ends — this is a strong protective measure.
Set betting limits
Decide in advance the maximum amount you will wager in each session. This reduces the risk of larger losses in an emotional moment and keeps the experience enjoyable.
Session time reminders
After you have been playing for a set amount of time, 977bt will send you a reminder to encourage you to take a break. Keeping track of time is a key part of responsible gaming.
Round-the-clock support
For any issue, contact our support team 24/7 via live chat or email — help is available in both Bengali and English.
Recognising the warning signs
Pay close attention to the following to understand whether gambling is becoming a problem. If even one of these applies to your life, it is time to seek help.
- You are spending more than your budget on gaming and playing more to cover the shortfall.
- You are giving gaming more time and priority than family, friends, or work.
- You keep returning to chase losses.
- You are hiding your gaming activity from family or people close to you.
- You are turning to gaming to escape stress, anxiety, or loneliness.
- You feel irritated, angry, or anxious when asked to stop playing.
- You are placing bets with borrowed money or household funds.
The golden rules of healthy gaming
Responsible gaming means staying in control. Follow these simple rules and the experience will always remain enjoyable.
Set a budget first
Decide how much you are willing to spend before you start playing. Even if that amount is lost, your normal life should not be affected.
Set a time limit
Decide how long you will play each session and stick to that limit — use a timer if needed.
Accept losses
Do not place more bets to recover losses. Each game outcome is independent — there is no guarantee of winning the next bet.
Do not play under stress
Stay away from betting when you are feeling down, angry, or anxious. Play with a clear and calm mind.
Age verification & protection of minors
977bt strictly follows a 21+ policy. The safety of children and young people is our highest priority.
Age verification process
977bt verifies age at registration and withdrawal. No person under 21 may use our platform, and if there is any doubt, additional documents may be requested at any time.
Protect your family
Always log out when sharing your device and keep your password private. Filtering software can be used for child protection to restrict access to online gaming sites.
Responsible advertising policy
977bt only advertises to adult audiences. Our marketing activities are never designed to attract children or young people.
Account security
Use a strong password and never share your account details with anyone. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
Self-exclusion & account controls
You can easily activate the following control features by going to your account settings on 977bt.
Available control options
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily / weekly / monthly basis. Lowering the limit is immediate; increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period.
Decide in advance how long you will play in one sitting. You will be automatically disconnected when the time is up.
Set a maximum wager amount per round or session — this protects you from large losses in an emotional moment.
Temporarily close your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. You will not be able to log in during this period.
Fully deactivate your account for 6 months or more. Even after the exclusion period ends, you will need to submit a request to reactivate and it will be reviewed.
